Booking

Check-in in Berlin


Frequent flyers enjoy premium service and comfort throughout their journey across the whole oneworld alliance. With a status card corresponding to  oneworld Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald status, topbonus members can use Priority Check-in across the entire alliance network.

Airport Lounges


With a topbonus Gold or Platinum Card frequent flyers can use the airberlin Lounge, which covers an area of about 1,000 m² at the new Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. As part of our comfort initiative, airberlin is constantly extending the number of exclusive waiting areas and lounges that we provide for customers.

Boarding


Holders of a topbonus status card can take advantage of Priority Boarding and board at any time once the aircraft is ready.

Flight


Your journey is relaxing and comfortable when you travel with airberlin and our oneworld airline partners. airberlin Business Class is equipped with new fully-automatic adjustable seats. New cabin facilities include an in-flight entertainment system which offers benefits for both Economy and Business Class passengers.

Transfer in New York


Collaboration between the oneworld airline partners allows for seamless connections. It is also possible to change your booking or make a reservation at any of the main airports of our oneworld alliance partners.

Partner Lounges at the airport


Frequent flyers who are holders of a status card corresponding to  oneworld Sapphire or Emerald Status have free access to around 550 airport lounges belonging to all our oneworld airline partners all over the world. With a topbonus Gold Card frequent flyers can use Business Class and Frequent Flyer Lounges. Holders of the new topbonus Platinum Card enjoy the exclusive comfort of First Class Lounges.

Boarding and Flight


Frequent flyers who are holders of a status card corresponding to oneworld Sapphire or Emerald Status can also use Priority Boarding on flights operated by all our oneworld airline partners and can board at any time once the aircraft is ready.

Arrival and baggage claim in San Francisco


We check your luggage right through from departure to destination, so once you arrive at your destination airport after a relaxing flight you can simply collect your bags from the baggage claim.
