airberlin flight vouchers can be redeemed  by indicating the promotional code when making an online booking at airberlin.com or flyniki.com, or by email through our Service Center (service-center@airberlin.com) or by telephone (calls charged at the local rate from a German landline; rates in other countries may vary).

Please note that only one voucher may be used per booking. It is not possible to offset a voucher once the booking has been made. In order to use the voucher successfully, the currency of the voucher and the currency  chosen to book the flight must be the same.
