The NIKI Flight Academy is the training organisation of NIKI Luftfahrt GmbH with its headquarters at Vienna International Airport.

The objective of the NIKI Flight Academy is to support airlines and/or pilots in their training of cockpit personnel at a highly-professional level.

In the NIKI Flight Academy, licensed pilots receive the training and qualifications of a type-rated pilot – either as a co-pilot or as a captain. The training covers all theoretical and practical aspects.

Following the successful completion of the comprehensive, expert training programme, pilots have knowledge and skills which go well beyond those of the average airline pilot.

Over 50 pilots have already successfully completed training at the NIKI Flight Academy. They work at various airlines worldwide.

The NIKI Flight Academy has 32 trainers. Not only are they highly qualified pilots (SFI/TRI/TRE) at NIKI Luftfahrt – they are highly motivated to pass on to trainees the expertise they have gained over the years.
