NIKI Luftfahrt GmbH, the airline of three times Formula 1 racing legend Niki Lauda is searching for a part time ticket agent (f/m) at Paris / Charles de Gaulle airport terminal 3.

Responsibilities:
- sale of tickets, topbonus Cards, special services, Insurances inc. consultation 
- processing of all change requests by passengers (rebooking, name changes, cancellations, part cancellations)
- cash collections and processing of the HG/AB cash program
- preparation for departures
- processing of special reservations 
- ordering of new/replacement stock 
- ticket settlements 
- support during flight irregularities 
- processing of transportation suspensions 
- market analysis 
- forwarding of customer requests and reclamations

Reporting to: Station Manager Ticket Desk CDG and Manager Ground Operations.

 

Requirements:
- computer skills, (knowledge of booking systems Blank and Amadeus desirable)
- very good knowledge of French and English, German skills preferable
- friendly temperament
- smart appearance
- a good team player
- very good ability to cope with pressure
- capability for shift-work
- driving license
- airport experience is a short listing qualification (airline or ground handling agent)
